Rubi Home Care provide care services for people in their own homes. These range from occasional assistance with housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to daily visits for help with personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Live in Care
We create a plan where a care provider lives with you, in your home 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our live-in-carers will provide you with some needed companionship and assist you with your day-to-day activities such as personal care, cooking, medication, housekeeping, shopping, and any other things you care to do. This allows you to enjoy the comfort of your own home.

Respite Care
It’s important for you to take a break from caring for your loved ones when needed.
Together, we will create a care plan that meets your needs and those of your loved ones.
We can provide respite care for just a few hours or for several days or weeks. Care will continue to be provided in your own home.
Dementia and Alzheimer’s Care
We are well suited to meet the changing needs of people living with Dementia and Alzheimer. Eventually, people with these conditions may need 24-hour monitoring, we have the empathy and patience to meet the challenging and changing needs.
Our carers can maintain a safe environment, and are suitably trained to control aggressive or agitated behaviour.
We work to meet the holistic needs of your loved ones in a safe environment.
Physical Disabilities Care
We provide dignified and respectful support to help your loved ones live as full a life as they want.
Our in-home physical disability care is at the forefront of providing support for people with physical disabilities that is dignified, respectful and enables you or your loved ones to live as you wish to in the place you call home.
Our care and support is entirely personalised, and focuses on enabling a person with a physical disability to have as much independence, choice and control as possible.
Person Centred Intermittent Service
A Carer comes at appointed times depending on your specific care needs. The duration of each visit last a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum or 4 hours or any duration of time agreed in your care plan.
The number of visits per day start from one to at least four visits, and you have the liberty to choose the time you want your visits to be conducted.

Morning Visit
Assisting you in getting out of bed, morning shower or wash and serving breakfast and morning medication.
Midday Visit
Preparing your dinner and light housework or shopping if needed
Evening Visit
Preparing your supper and getting you into bed and night time medication.
Night Support Service
Our dedicated nightly support care option is for those who primarily need care during the night, rather than during the day.
Night Sitting
The carer is on call at all times during the night and is awake, alert, and making sure the client is sleeping, resting or at least safe.
Night Sleeper
The carer is on hand in the client’s home, for them to call as they need. A carer can be called up to 3 times per night for periods of no longer than 30 mins. A bed is requested for the carer. You will have peace of mind that there is someone at hand if required.
